After talking and interviewing different people we realized that those people who have an addiction to these technologies would not request our service since, or they say that their addiction is not a problem, or they think they can leave it whenever they want. So one of the objectives that would have to be met to get these customers would be to make them realize and assume their problem so they can ask us for help.

While those relatives to the person with this addiction to a technology see our service as an extreme (but viable) solution to get the person to stop using the technology in question, because most of these relatives have tried to discuss their problem with the preson and they have tried other methods and have not achieved any results. And as one person we interviewed said: “to extreme problems, extreme solutions”
