Our potential customers, after thinking about our main targets were: 1. Those people who knew about their addiction to technologies and would like our help to get rid of them 2. Relatives tired of a person spending too many hours hooked on different technologies and turning to us after trying (and failing) to make them leave the addiction.

The reaction of people with this addiction was of absolute rejection, saying that it is too extreme a service against something too “harmless” like looking at the phone every second, that they do not believe that it is something too ethical or functional since “nobody would request these services , it’s crazy ”.
While the reaction of those close to someone with a technological addiction see our service as "a bad solution, but not as bad as the addiction itself, so I would understand if there were people requesting your service" (says a medium aged interviewed while laughing)
