In this section, we are going to enumerate and explain the stakeholders of our project. To develop that explanation, it is going to be used a stakeholder’s map, known as Stakeholder Onion Diagram, which is split into three main areas: the core layer, the internal layer and the external layer.

The core layer is about our main product, explained before in previous pages of this blog. We are going to focus on the internal and external layers.
Internal layer:
- Tech Addicts: it refers to our target market, that means, each user that is addicted to technologies and spend a lot of time connected with its smartphone.
- Team members: all the members of the group, that are collaborating with the development of this project.
External Layer:
- Creditors: this entity will help us with the economical part of the project. They are going to give us money to get ahead Tech company.
- Society: it influences our target, causing them to have phone addiction. Then, it affects indirectly to our business.
- Addicts’ relatives: at the same way that the previous point, addicts’ relatives affect the daily life of our target, so they also influence the project indirectly. For this reason, maybe the relatives are the ones that contract us to help the affected user.
- Partners: it refers to all organizations / syndicates / associations that are involved in the assistance of addicts, as well as organizations of addicts that promote us, among others.
- Smartphone manufacturers and technological companies: these companies contribute to the fact that everyone has access to a telephone with an internet connection, which may imply the addition.
- Social media: social networks create dependence on the telephone, and this is the problem that we want to solve with our company.
- Government: they may have some restrictions/limitations or support this sector.
- Anti-bullying companies: these types of companies have an objective that goes a bit related to our product. The dependence on smartphones can increase the possibility of bullying among users.
- Marketing agency: apart from the development of the application, we also need to get our product to the market, covering our target market. As we are not marketing professionals, we want to have an agency that promotes our business.
