Our project requires to maintain a relationship with other businesses that are described in Key Partners. These are E-health applications, professionals in order to help people with the addictions, also schools and educative institutions, a marketing agency in order to promote us, and addicion assistance organization in order to help our users affected by technology.
On the other hand we have Key Activities, that are these activities that our business is engaged in for the primary purpose of making a profit. This is why we have selected customers acddiction realization, accompany addicts but also addicts’ relatives, do talks in schools and marketing.
Also, have defined main inputs and assets that our business should use to function effectively is important. These are our Key Resources. In order to develop our business we need an online platform, also a mobile app and a user mobile usage patterns.
In addition, what differenciates us among our competitors are the characteristics and functions of our service, because we have an app that decreases technology usage, reward your effort and controls the time you use technology. This is what we define as a Value Proposition.
We have to define the type of relationship we stablish with our customers, that will be a personalized communication with a personalized app treatment.
The channels we are going to use in order to achieve that relationship are by the app store, gaming adds and social networks.
We should invest money in the app programming, marketing and sales, the idea development and also the server mantainance.
At last but not least, we have the revenue streams, that will come from premium features, ads, subscription to services and selling user data.
